Sai Noi beach is very quiet and is a little further than the 7 kings statues and if you’re adventurous you can climb up a steep-ich rock and there’s a good spot for dogging but go when the beach is rather empty ( early morning 10/11 am ) . It’s covered by a natural canopy of trees it’s a good spot for outdoors fun .

Hua Hin is wonderful man , you’ll love it and you don’t need to worry about meeting women as they are everywhere. Near Sai Noi beach you’ll find more Eastern Europeans on holidays when in Khao Tow beach it’s a mix of foreigners ( mostly Caucasians) and in Hua Hin beach it’s a mix of Thai and other Asiatics and Caucasians ( at least at the minute, I don’t know about later this year) . Anyway enjoy yourself
