Staying in a nice hotel in Phnom Penh for a few days from 24th December. Wonder if anyone will be in the city or have any tips about Cambodia?

NYE at the foreign correspondents club was fabulous. Also see if they still do happy hour at Raffles. N x

Been there a few times now & would definitely recommend the FCC club & great views overlooking the river at night & good food & entertainment some nights
