Websites like Fab Swingers in Italy?

Does anybody know if in Italy there is any website like fab swingers? I found some but you have to pay even to answer to a message. Plus they dont seem very honest because you receive loads of messages from couples as soon as you are registered even if you havent uploaded any pictures yet or filled your advert and of course to answer you have to pay. Thanks to everyone is going to give me some information
