If you search cape Verdi swingers bars, it turns up one.

Before you get too excited,!,it's a beach bar with a swing hanging off the rafters. But I don't think they would be to happy getting your kit off and having a shag,,,,more than likely end up in the local dungeon run by the island police,,,all one of them.
