Has anyone any information regarding the new resort they are planning in Puerto Vallarta in Mexico?

We have friends in the States who have seen plans for Seduction Resort?

We go regularly to Hedo or Desire and do the Full Ship Takeover Cruises but another alternative would be awesome.
