Looking to go next year for holiday is there many nudist areas? Swingers areas?

We were in Boa Vista June 2017 Riu Touraug. Nothing of the sort, in fact one lady topless around the pool was quite a talking point. There were no Fab Members there at the same time either, but of course that may well have been bad timing.

I gave been to Cape Verde 8 times. The first time was the Riu Funana on Sal. There was quite a bit of discreet nude sunbathing at the end of the beach. Since them I have been to the Riu Karamboa on Boa Vista. Topless sunbathing on the beach is not a problem. My wife does it all the time. There has never been any sign of a swinging scene there but you never know, If you meet the right couple.
