I am working in Cologne from 15/02/18 till 19/02/18 so we are looking for adult things to do in the evenings...

Neptunba Spa looks lovely and we will spend most of Sunday relaxing, but we would be pleased of any advice for other spas, burlesque clubs, swingers clubs or similar in the city centre area.

The only thing resembling a club in central Cologne is called Lust Refugium. It is very up market and only opens for special events.

You have to apply to attend any events and the price varies from event to event, but expect to pay at least 150€ for a couple, some events are over 200€.

That is pretty much it. Very few German cities have much for swingers in the centre. Most German clubs are either well out in the suburbs or even further out in the countryside.

Germany has by far the best selection of top quality clubs in Europe but you will need a car to get to them.
