I've been going to the Dam for too many years to mention now and can reccomend The Paradise club,which is just the other side of the river behind Centraal Station(Easy to get to in a taxi).

There's also a cracking club called The Showboat at Zaandam(10/15 mins by train and then a taxi) ,my favourite.

There's also The Candy Club near Oosterpark, which isn't far from the centre of Amsterdam,but is a lot smaller than the other 2 and all the action takes place in small booths around a small dance floor.

All these clubs have their own websites so check them out and make your choice.It all depends on what you're looking for.

Anyway,hope you have loadsafun,I know I always do when I go over there,even as a single bloke. Steve
