Costa Blanca Spain...

Too many to list. It would help if you could be more specific about the location. West Germany is a big place.

Ooh can we tag onto this? Going to the Christmas market in Aachen in November and would love to try out a club in the vicinity, maybe within an hour's drive?

Munich is the place for clubs. More than happy to advise.

Although there isn't any in the city itself (as is quite normal for most of the larger German cities) you have probably picked the best area in Germany for clubs.

These are a few of our favourites and all are around 30 mins drive from Essen.

www.caesarspalace.de/

www.steinenhaus-erlebnisclub.de

www.p3bochum.de

https://www.swingerclub-palazzo.com/

http://www.faro-8.de/

Some events are only with pre registration through 'Joyclub' so it would e worth checking with the club beforehand.

If you like single guys and are around on the first Sunday of any month look out for the 'HU' party at Steinenhaus. It usually gets around 300 people and is a wild afternoon/evening. We attend every one we can.

For a very busy club with an erotic disco atmosphere (and lots of fun upstairs as well) Caesars Palace on a Saturday night is usually rammed. Mostly couples and single women with a handful of single guys.

P3 at Bochum doesn't pretend to be anything other than a pure sex club, but you need to pick your night.

Palazzo is a large modern club with a very nice outdoor area although numbers can sometimes be a bit thin unless it is a special party night.

Faro 8 is another large club with a slight BDSM twist, it can also sometimes be a bit thin on numbers but if you pick the right night it can be superb.

If you are with a partner and you are prepared to drive a little further (40 - 50 mins) the new Life Club at Gesher could be worth a look. It is strictly couples only and is getting rave reviews from people we know. A rival to Fun4two by all accounts. We haven't tried it yet but will be doing so soon.

All of the above include buffet and free bar with the entrance fee.

There are quite a few others in the area but we either haven't tried them yet or wouldn't recommend them.

It is worth noting that German clubs tend to cater for the local German market so a few words of the language would come in handy.

Oh my god! Sooo many thanks for all that help!! Definitely I will be visiting one of that clubs soon.

I am a bit worry about german language... I don't speak German at all, just English and Spanish

I remember last year I visited one French swinger club near to Nantes and yes, language was a problem.
