SriLanka beach etiquette

We're planning to visit SriLanka around December. Not sure if being topless is acceptable in beaches around there. Any advice from those who have been to SriLanka lately?

Topless is okay in Sri Lanka, as long as there are no children around, it is a buddist country but quite relaxed. Any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Unawatuna beach near Galle and Negombo near the airport or Arugam Bay on the east coast, all three popular beaches but all attract a lot of westerners.
