Been and loved it..amazing people and Tehran is as cosmopolitan as any other western city with restaurants (in the nicer parts of town) to rival some good London eateries..the only problem is when it comes to applying for s visa to enter the US. The process is a bit of a shlepp and then you can't just breeze through customs anymore l..you have to queue with rest of the aliens ..took 2 hrs 2 weeks ago (Chicago) ..enjoy though as it's an amazing country
