Annual pilgrimage to the warm seas and hopefully the sun. If anyone fancies a socia between 8th and 29th feel free to reply.

Anyone been to koh Samui in early to mid December as after I booked I read the moonson season lingers until mid December ish?

We think you have been misinformed as the rainy season usually ends by mid November.

Don't worry about it, I've been numerous times at the height of monsoon, worst that ever happened was an hour of torrential rain followed by sunshine.

I'm in Thailand myself over Christmas, Bangkok and then down to islands, not decided which yet.

Thanks for the words of comfort.....koh Chang is ok from Bangkok and been seeing some very nice photos of kho samet which I only know from a day visit but it looks a place to chill out
