Kathmandu is a fairly specialist destination. We've been a round 10-15 times to Nepal.

To be honest I wouldn't want to spend more than 3 or 4 days in KTM (way too much noise and pollution); much prefer to travel out to the countryside. Well worth going to Pokhara to chill out; not sure you'll bumb into much of a swinging community though. More backpackers and trekkers.

We've been looking into a golf trip there at a place called Go Karna. A touch outside of the city, looks nice. Any chance your going anywhere near there?
