Whats the best beach? We are there in 5 weeks

Depends on who you want from a beach....there are about 70 beaches on a Skiathos some you can't get to on foot. We go to Little banana beach which is nudist with a small taverna,sun beds and brollies (8 euros per day) clean and soft sand,easy and safe swimming but there is a10-15 mins walk from where the bus stops. It's one of our favs and the people there are very friendly....some more than others...you know who you are!

Mandraki is also a nice beach with nudism at the right hand end looking out to sea.

Depends also on where you are staying but the bus runs up and down the main road every 10-15 mins and isn't expensive.
