Where have people met for fun in the Middle East?

The scene is very underground and a hard nut to crack as a sole male. I travel into the region 4-5 times a year and have made a few friends in Dubai, Kuwait, Oman and KSA along the way.

Always on the lookout for more though. Interested to read about others experiences rather than the usual scaremongering about chop chop square and women driving. Both valid discussion points but not on this thread please.
