Hope the football is kept to a minimum so people can meet and become friends. It's a real turn off if you come to meet others. There are plenty of football bars.

We just come back from our many trips to GC and visited cafe de kroeg numerous times. Fantastic bar and Saskia and Tonny were fab hosts lol. Spent evenings with like minded people and drank too many varied shots to remember and they even got our fav drink in for us! Saskia and Tonny more than happy to help newcomers with advice re the scene on the island as they have visited all the clubs. And omg you must try their dutch snacks they are yummy xx. Can't wait to go back and visit again xxx
