I'm in Dubai now it's pretty dam hot but at least the humidity is down today. Ive been in DUBAL as well the guys not wrong it's the hottest place ever

Site surety for some temporary power during a shut down. It was in August as well about 2 years ago I thought I was going to pass out

Abu Dhabi during Ramadan?

You arrive when most of the expats fly out - literally. School breaks up on Thursday and signals a mass exodus for expats.

To do:

1. Grand Mosque

2. Emirates Palace

3. Yas Mall / Ferrari World

4. Yas Waterworld

5. Dune bashing (if you can in the summer - not sure)

It's going to be hot so be prepared for it... Be really careful as Ramadan in Abu Dhabi is fairly strict. Less so in Dubai. On Dubai, if you've never been you should go up for the day. There's actually a fairly good bus service which costs next to nothing.
