We are going for a fun filled holiday to Spice in Lanzarote at the end of January 2016 for a week anybody else there at the same time ?

We are thinking of going in the winter? Is it fairly decent to get your kit off in january? Also we are presuming that open daying through out the dayabd evening is aacceptable??

We went mid feb 2014 and we did get our kit off when the sun did come out but the weather is very hit or miss then so I would say January would be the same, plus the amount of couples going then is a bit hit and miss as well. We went this June for their party week which was very good. We have booked up to go back in 2016 for their spooks week which I think is Oct time but we have only booked for four nights this time because we can no longer party seven nights in a row. And yes you can play during the day

Yes it will, but can be cloudy then. Like anywhere you go the weather is down to luck of the draw. You will have a great time I'm sure.

Of course you can, the playrooms are open during the day,but we never saw anyone playing in them during the day the times that we went. What normally happens we found is people have breakfast then find a sun lounger and laid in the sun and recover from the night before. Some people wander in to town and take a few vanilla holiday pics and look around the shops. After lunch people start to get their mo jo back and the sun works it magic and some people start to get frisky with each other and hit the outside beds. We noticed that a lot of people just stick with their own partners at this time. Late afternoon people make their way to the hot tub and that's where a bit of partner swapping and playing can take place. But it is also a good social meeting area. Then people drift away from the hot tub early evening to have a rest and then get dressed up ready for the evening meal and the night ahead in the bar/club/playrooms. The weather was never that bad that we could not get in a bit of sunbathing.

@jenandjim I think you're right about the playrooms but the bed in the bar area is off limits until 6pm. We found that out the hard way on our last visit - just after you guys left for the airport

The barman informed us of the rule, he was very nice about it
