Thailand is not a swinging destination.

A fantastic place to visit though.

Gran Canaria would be best as a winter destination.

Anywhere can be a swinging holiday if you make arrangements with right people. We are going to Corfu and have arranged with a Greek guy who we've met before, to have swinging fun
