Driving Glasgow to Paris

I will be leaving on the 27th of June from Glasgow driving to Dover for the evening ferry to Calais then on to either Paris or Ghent and returning Monday 30th

Dose anyone have advice or sites to see along this route maybe even have a social stop or two
