Take a credit card and your bank card you get better rates than the exchange places

Never get cash on a credit card! Only use a non chargeable credit card - don't charge a fee when used abroad. Only use a bank card for cash & again one that's free if charges. You will get the commercial rate as opposed to the tourist rate - so your 2-3% better off.
