France is indeed a very big country and we try to visit a different area each year.

We've not decided where to go this year yet but we've not been to cap d' agde yet and it sounds great.

There are a lot of people on this site who live in France and Spain.

We have suggested to Admin several times that there should be a separate section for each country, but as yet it hasn't happened.

Maybe if we all suggested it, they might help us out.....

There are 2 swinger friendly sites near Rene Oltra on the quarter 40€ ish & Terre de Soliel 30€

Terre de Soliel loojs very chilled. Called in to look around. May stay next week for a few days but it is quite isolated. €30 for camping!

Terre de Soleil is our favourite site around here. Clean, good pool, well run and decent sized pitches. And outside play areas...!

We are there for 3 weeks in August. €30 is a good price for August and you get free/discounted entry to L'Extasia which is one of the biggest clubs in France. Yes, you definitely need transport while you're there.

Thanks for extra info re Terre de Soliel. It was really quiet when we called in to have a quick look around, I take it it does get busier as the weeks go on? Does much happen around pool-campsite at all?

It will get pretty full from now right through to the end of August.

They don't like couples playing around the pool, so no full on stuff. But just a few metres away, in the wooded area there are quite a few outdoor beds and a few inside tents. It's a bit seedy, but it adds to the atmosphere...!!

There's no limit to what happens there. We have seen couples playing around the campsite in the open, but we don't know what the policy is.

There's often couples openly playing in their awnings or on the terraces of the bungalows as well.

The club is fantastic, one of the best.

it's a big naturist site, family orientated, so may not be any swinging, - just in case you've not been before. Great beaches though
