my mrs is intrested in swinging and wants to try on holiday , we are thinking of going to Gran Canaria but don't want to stay in a swingers hotel in case she changes her mind. noticed there is some adult only hotels so was wondering if fun go on in them and if so which one would you recommend. also what clubs could we go to thanks

We always stay in a normal hotel/apartments. I think adult only means no children under 16 allowed in there. Clubs are in Cita Centre, downstairs and there is one in La Sandia centre. A lot of newcomers tend to meet in the Comeback bar, upstairs in the Cita Centre. It is a swinger friendly bar and there will be many friendly people happy to give you advice on clubs. I always say, have a look in all of them and see what suits you both best. Also, there is no pressure to 'play' in these clubs. You can just go for a drink and a look around. Good luck!

Thanks , that's what we are looking for no pressure , and it will be good to talk to people in there to put the mrs at ease and see how we go from there thanks again

The sunprime Atlantic view is a nice vanilla adults hotel and close enough to the clubs and dunes

Comeback bar is ok but prices are a bit OTT and mainly germans. We went to Secrets which has a minimum charge of €10, didn't like the situation as there was only 3 couples and aboput 20 single guys some wandering around just wearing towels. Didn't manage to get to 2x2 but have heard its much better

Haven't been in Comeback Bar recently as we tend to go straight to 2x2 club. They also have a 10 euro minimum bar limit, having said that if you go in before 11pm it is happy hour, so we get 4 spirit drinks for 14 euros. Also lots of playrooms and action going on. They do limit the amount of single guys, depending on how many couples are in there, so it's not quite so overwhelming. However, on Sunday nights, it is greedy girls night and the single guys are unlimited.
