Flying, Bezier is the closest (20mins), but Montpellier has more flights to it and about an hour away. The flights are mainly operated by the budget airlines, so watch the baggage allowance!!! For that reason we will drive next year. Yes bizarre, going to naturist place, why take anything? But you do need some clothes for the evening, and so shoes, bags etc. And we have to take our toys, so driving best option for us lol.

Costa Blanca Spain...

We did 2nd week in July this year and all being well we will do the same next year.

We are driving from Spain back to Germany this weekend and were hoping we could have squeezed an extra couple of nights there on the way back. No chance!! Even the Oz Inn at an eye watering 330 euro a night was booked up

Oh well cold turkey until next year.

The closest accommodation to the swinger (pigs) section of the beach is the campsite. Furthest away would be Port Venus, Port Soliel, and the Hotel Eve, however none are too far away.

For apartments Heliopolis would be the shortest walk, probably about 10 mins, but we've never put the stopwatch on it.

Realistically all of the accommodation in the village is within easy walking distance to that part of the beach.

We would be more concerned about getting a decent apartment there (some of the cheaper ones can be "IFFY" to say the least) rather than saving a few strides to the beach.

Thanks for that. Sadly too late for this year, we've now booked our stopover hotel on the motorway, but worth knowing for next year.

If you're driving, maybe take a break at Montalivet (kinda near Bordeaux). Naturist rather than swinger but a good place to acclimatise and work on the tan a bit.

If you're taking a convertible, don't have the roof down tooooooooooo often. The sun and wind can be very tiring unless you're used to it.
