THE BROKEN BALLERINA

SEEKING BALLET BASED ARTIST

WHO IS THIS FOR?

You're a trained ballet dancer. Maybe you left the classical world behind—you found it too rigid, too small for what your body wanted to express. Or maybe you never got in because the gatekeepers didn't match your energy. Either way, you know your technique. You know what your body can do.

And you've been living in the spaces where other people's comfort zones end. The kink events. The alternative gatherings. Maybe you've done adult work, maybe you haven't—but you understand what it means to move through rooms where nudity, provocation, and unconventional desire are part of the landscape, not a scandal.

You're ready for something that treats your skill as art, not commodity.

WHAT ARE WE MAKING?

The Broken Ballerina is a series of performance pieces—stage and screen—that use ballet as the backbone. Not decorative ballet. Ballet stripped of pretense, forced into collision with the raw stuff of human sexuality and psychological fracture.

Think the descent of Black Swan, the emotional precision of Maddie Ziegler's work with Sia, but pushed into territory that requires real risk-taking.

We're not hiding behind metaphor. We're making work that looks you in the eye and asks whether you're still performing, or whether you're finally being seen.

THE ROLE

What You'd Be Doing:

Performing principal ballet sequences in staged settings

Working with an artist who prefers anonymity (for now)

Being captured on film during select sessions

Potentially traveling internationally for shoot windows

Engaging with nudity and body-revelation as part of the artistic process

What You Need to Bring:

Actual ballet training—this isn't interpretive dance or contemporary substitution. We need pointe work, turnout, clean lines, and stamina.

Mental flexibility—the willingness to push past what feels safe without losing professional discipline

Independence—you need to handle your own travel, housing logistics (we assist where possible), and personal boundaries

Authenticity—we can smell performativity from a mile away. If you're doing this for clout alone, this isn't for you.

NOT A SEX JOB. LET'S BE CLEAR.

This is where most conversations get murky, so let's cut through it:

This is not paid accompanying. This is not sex work in the commercial transaction sense. This is a development deal for an artist who has no issues with being naked, provocative, or vulnerable on camera or stage. Those qualities make you qualified because they mean you already have the relationship with your body that we need.

Your background—whether kink, adult industry, swinging, or just general boundary-expansion—is an indicator of your comfort level, not a prerequisite for employment.

You will not be asked to engage in sexual acts with other performers unless that is explicitly negotiated and consented to in advance, separate from any development terms. The work is about power dynamics, vulnerability, transformation, and the breaking point between discipline and desire. That's it.

THE DEAL

We're offering a partnership structure, not hourly wages. Revenue shares, credit attribution, portfolio ownership agreements. If this becomes what we think it can become, you're not just hired—you're a stakeholder.

Details get fleshed out one-on-one with candidates who demonstrate both skill and genuine resonance with the material.

NEXT STEPS

If you're reading this and thinking "I'm that person":

Check out full details OR DM to be sent as prviate message : https://fetlife.com/_rratsmokes/posts/14324669

Reach out. Anonymous messaging is fine if you need to test the waters.

Send us something. Movement video showing your ballet foundation. Nothing polished—just honest technique.

Tell us why. What pulls you toward this work? Why this role, right now?

We'll respond. We'll ask questions. We'll be direct. So will you.

FINAL NOTE TO SELF

You're not being recruited for exploitation. You're being invited into creation. But if you have any doubt about your readiness—if you find yourself wondering whether you'd be saying yes out of fear, or desperation, or someone else's agenda—step back. This work demands that you're doing it for your own reasons, for your own growth.

The door stays open. Walk through only when you're sure.

THREAD POLICY

No trolling. No unsolicited DMs to applicants.

Questions about the project go in-thread. Personal specifics happen privately.

Respect the artist's anonymity. Don't speculate, don't dig.
