We are thinking of going here near end of month but we've seen mixed reviews

Anyone any recent reviews of this place, especially coming from couples of what its really like and what to expect

Ive been a few times with my ex.

Its a chill, small bar first of all. There are small playroom and a basement but its not exactly luxurious. Theres a minimum drink number at the bar and the staff are OK, not overly friendly but thats while I like the Dutch haha.

We tended to drink in the bar area on our visits, they are very good at vetting people before letting you in so its never really crowded. I tried to attend as a single last year and was turned away, which is fair enough I guess. Its very chill but isnt a swingers club like some of the other venues.

I think our second visit was before covid and we played with two couples in the larger playroom and it was cramped and uncomfortable with six bodies. I hit my head on the doorway iirc.

Its a fun place to visit if youre in the dam and fancy a jaunt out of the main bit. Its about a 20 or 30 min walk from Central.

Our second swinging visit in ‘Dam (we did Fata Morgana a few years back!)

Wouldn’t be in a rush to go back to Sameplace to be honest.
