"I semi live in Riga ie 2 weeks out for 4! My advice is the swinging scene is very much underground and kept quiet, but it does exist. There is a website www.Clubx.lv. I use and am a member of the site, it is basically a lavitian verison of Fab! Most weeks there are parties at sauna clubs, and peoples homes! It also has meets elsewhere in Lavtia! Riga has a go public transport system and plenty of taxis, A tip download the Bolt taxi app and pre book taxis its cheaper. A taxi from the airport is in the region €30 to the centre.
