"We are visiting in early December and have been looking at hopefully visiting a club there. We have looked at KitKat and like the look of it but not sure if it’s our thing, mainly because of the dress code and having to travel through the city (wife okay with it but husband not keen on wearing pvc/leather and that whole look) can anyone give any advice if they have previously visited. Are there any other venues where the dress code is a bit more relaxed, or even a sex show theatre anywhere around the centre? Will keep an eye on this thread and if anyone has suggestions just drop us a message please." For kitkat just take a photo of your outfit and show it to the bouncer on the door if asked, go early as the queue gets long and theres areas to chill. There's a changing area at kitkat so you don't have to go in outfit. Wednesday and saturday nights are the best. Checkout insomnia too. Lots of techno music in Berlin so if that's your vibe too you are good  | |||

If you are brave berghain is supposed to be good but it is hard to get into, best music on sunday nights for sure | |||

"There is a Swingers bar that not many people talk about it, it’s more discreet and it has a vibe more like a bar than a club, although there’s play areas. Bar Moechtegern, we have been a few times and it was always good fun, at least to meet people." Oh good tip..we’re staying at the Waldorf Astoria which is a 20 minute walk.. we’ll definitely try it out | |||

Kitkat is everyone friendly, lots of bi and queer there most nights (kinky dress code- pvc/leather shorts/trousers and a chest harness will do it, black boots). Berghain is more for gay guys but everyone is welcome, hard to get in there. | |||

On Hedomanie which is a Sat night event there was a strict dress code & smart dress to impress like in UK wouldn’t be accepted. There’s lots of good shops selling fetish ware in Berlin and getting an outfit is part of the fun. | |||

"Insomnia is more sex club with techno. Kitkat is more dancing with sex happening all around you. Music at kitkat is better than insomnia. Insomnia is less swing from our experience, most couples were playing with each other. Kitkat is a bit free-er but I guess it depends on the night." That makes sense. Fingers crossed they are good nights planning kitkat on the friday (foreplay event) and then insomnia on Saturday night | |||
