I'm not into swinger clubs,anyway outside Rome I suggest you to visit naturist beaches of Capocotta,Sabaudia and S.Severa...Have fun

No issues...English was well spoken.. there was a mix of nationalities when we went...mexican..danish

all spoke great English

Swingersclub69 it's great. Most of clubs in Rome.are outside the cituly in big villas but sw69 is not far from downtown, so you can find both italians and tourists there.
