Bungalow Beach Hotel in Serrakunda is quieter if you prefer that and on a better beach.

Leybato a cheap option with good restaurant.

If you want all inclusive there is Ocean Bay but a bit remote except for the crocodile park.

Just a quick one..is it better value for money going through a travel company like TUI or cheaper to book independently..??

It is cheaper to book independently but more complicated. For the first time I would go with Tui or Gambia Experience. They are the only two options.

Also, it's hard to find flight only. They prefer to sell packages.

Kombo Beach has just been refurbished and is the most modern and stylish hotel, right on a good beach.

But if you want the best nightlife you should choose a hotel within walking distance of The Strip in Senegambia.

I have a tall athletic Gambian Young man friend of mine,, who is has a good knowlege of Gambian culture , geography and life generally, and is available to guide those Couples or females who require his company, when on holiday .

He is an honest guy who I have known for a few years xx
