Behind kiosk 4 (Maspalomas beach) walk straight back over the big dune then go to the left, you'll see a collection of palm trees, that's roughly the swingers area, but it's all over.

Straight behind bar 4 where the rushes start is a gay crusing area

I would go early to get a good spot, find a nice area with some shade as it gets very hot on the dunes and all the best places get taken early
