From the 1st of October, Thailand will officially down-grade Covid-19 from being a “dangerous communicable disease” to just a “communicable disease”.

Visitors will not be required to show Covid-19 vaccination or test certificates, and infected people with mild or no symptoms will not need to enter isolation.

However people are advised to continue to wear face masks unless they are outdoors.

All we need now are reasonably-priced air fares and for the cheaper hotels to re-open.
