I was there a few week ago, loads of really good bars in the old town and on the strip, but i dont think you are likely to find similar couples in the bars etc, best bet would be to make arrangements before you go.

Have a drink in a bar called 'bank' they have a male and a female podium dancers

was like a ghost town over xmas, stayed mainly on the strip my would recommend the old town to get away for the typical brit abroad lifestyle

dont know about swinging clubs but there is a pretty little restaurant situated on the steps in albufera old town
