Hi going to Amsterdam on jan 1 wondering is it open late at night, pubs restaurants RLD or should I cancel. I was on google but not saying much at mo about Amsterdam

Typically all none essential shops, restaurants and pubs close at 5pm now. There's still plenty of people around until 5pm but it thins out very quickly afterwards.

As far as I'm aware nightclubs have closed including anywhere that an indoor gathering was possible like gigs, concerts, theatre etc.

It'll likely to get worse with more restrictions from early January. Hopefully not as bad as last time with a 9pm curfew, but time will tell.

Hi thanks for letting me know probably cancel until Easter hopefully this all goes away soon. 5 pm closing is a bit early in the day for everyone
