We're there this weekend for a very short break. Anyone else about? Every time we've been before, the nearest people on Fab have been in the Canaries.....

One day, maybe it'll be different!

And whilst we know there are no clubs on Madeira, we've still not even found a bar that looks like a meeting spot.

It's a good job we really like the island

Arrived home yesterday evening. There were a few people around on the island but didn't manage to arrange anything and, as you say, no sign of anywhere to meet.

Beaches are very rocky no nudist areas.

CR7 on the docks is a good bar to meet in. Happy hour 3-6.

There's also a few irish pubs about.

Be aware, the cross winds could have you flight delayed and a few extra days on the island. We were delayed 4 days.
