Hi, try either the NewLuna (just outside the city) or the New Armony. Couldn't tell you on which night to visit either - just google them and look at the info on their website.

welcome to Rome! I do not know any swinger club , anyway if you wish to meet other italian swingers , in italy we use android app "come into my car" for swingers date
