Is it fully open in Amsterdam?

Possibly there in a couple of weeks time...

Things close at midnight still, and if you want to get into events you need an EU covid certificate. Good old Brexit means the UK one isn’t valid, but you can get tested daily for free

When you book a test over there do you have to wait 24h before you can go into a bar restaurant etc once you receive your neg result ?

No, it’s a rapid test and valid as soon as you have the results. But it’s only good for 24 hours then you need another one.

… We didn’t need them in any of the small bars or restaurants we went in, but for a bigger warehouse party you did. Most of the Amsterdam Dance Events going on this weekend require you to have an EU covid pass or a test within 24 hours
