It means the person has a property and residency in a European country, which allows a passport, we have an meu1 in Cyprus as we have residency there but still have a British passport, it means we can travel to Cyprus when others cant in lockdown lol

Hi. No San Stefanos...We love it there. We have now moved it to 2022..too much uncertainty and their vaccination rates are not very good...x

Money will drive tourism soon , so many countries need Tourists , can you think what Spain for instance already with high unemployment will suffer if they don’t get tourists back soon
