Hi all

Thinking about going to Goa this year. Either with the gf or alone.

Any recommendations for the best play to go?

Want nice beaches, restaurants and bars. Nothing too lively but some decent night life.

Also, maybe naturist beaches. Is there much swinging activity there?

Thanks

It's a bit hard to plan holidays at present. For example, if Halifax went into tier 4 you couldn't go on holiday. I don't think Goa has any naturist beaches or swingers clubs. Even if you managed to get there you would need to quarantine when you got home. Have you looked into quarantine on arrival there or if you need a negative test result ? Are they accepting visitors from the UK at all ? Are any hotels or restaurants open ?

The best long haul destinations in these Covid times seems to be the Maldives or Cuba and Dubai for medium haul.

NW London

Goa wise, you would probably be best looking at North Goa if you want some nightlife. In particular Arambol, Morjem, Vagator or Anjuna are probably the livliest towns, although Anjuna and Vagator mainly cater for the psy-trance rave crowd.

It's worth looking at the weekly Sunday Reggae party at Riva Beach Resort, Mandrem.

However I don't think you'll be able to feasibly visit India for a while due to on going travel restrictions and the lockdown restrictions in India.
