Frustration

I understand that under lockdown there’s a lot of sexual frustration going on and people are looking to “relieve” that anyway they can.

I am frustrated that I can be talking to someone I think seems nice from their photos and profile and within a few messages it suddenly goes sexual. If I say something along the lines of “that was a bit too soon” I’m then ghosted or messages deleted.

Are people only looking for instant gratification because we can’t meet, and rightly so, and are therefore putting in less effort to make an online connection, or is it just the people I’m talking to?

There’s always guys just looking for wank fodder, lockdown or not. I have found that there’s more interesting people to talk to than usual.

Those taking the conversation really explicit early on just get blocked.

To be honest I like a bit of both. Getting to know someone then makes the sexual side of conversation hornier when you get there!

We are finding the fancy a fuck messages have turned into fancy a cam. But we have also had some really good chats without any sexual pressure which is a wonderful thing. Means getting to know them over the next few weeks is making us more likely to meet when this is all over.

I always prefer the getting to know people prior to any meet its the building of the relationship and then getting more intimate that makes it fully sensual for me. I was never into fuck and go meets.

I would say they’re probably only interested in wank fodder to satisfy an instant need, with no intention on meeting. This does happen whether it be during ‘lockdown’ or not.

We've had dozens of requests for more pics... The pic collectors are out in force. We'd much rather make a "meaningful" connection leading to a meet than a wham bam thank you mister

I’m as frustrated sexually as the next person, but as an older single guy on here lockdown isn’t presenting any new problems for me. I have found that the chances of meets are rare and so I take pleasure in conversation. It may lead to sexual content but only at a natural and mutually required pace. Like real sex, conversational sex should be mutually consensual.
