I'm really just thinking aloud here. So we obviously don't want any contact and need to be at the very least 2 metres apart from each other.

So, if 2 people who were very horny, fancied some fun (possibly been chatting on this very site) could they drive to a car park, and park 2 metres away from each other with the windows rolled up?

They could then phone each other, talk dirty and watch each other partake in dispicable acts of self love. I know it ain't really legal, but I think it would be 100 times more exciting than just watching porn. I'm aware of Skype and everything, but this would just be awesome.

Also, Boris is encouraging exercise, so the rapid hand movements would surely count as your hour's exercise for the day?

I think it would be:

A: exciting

B: stress relieving

C: good for practicing parking skills.
