Please stop mixing with people. You have no idea if they are carriers, you then put others at risk.

We're not meeting at the moment due to 2 close family deaths. I come on here to talk to my friends.

"Yes was looking...I've seen at least 20 people in Essex alone today asking for meets ..all because people meet doesn't mean for sex ...as i said I like to get to know people before I meet so chatting etc is important . I feel people hiding there profile very disconcerting in the fact you could be Anyone ..but then again as you say it's up to you ..surely you can txt friends ..."

I explained why my profile is not open. I'm not sure if you have seen the advise all over the news, why would you put yourself and others at risk?

I think we are going to have to agree to disagree...as I said I have to go to central London daily for work ..i dont use a exe mask or gloves as I feel in close proximity on the tube it's not worth it ...but we all have views

Why can't you just say sorry not meeting til the crisis is over rather than hide your profile ?It's a lot friendlier and doesn't make people suspicious?

Essential travel for work, of course. Why do you think they've closed pubs clubs etc, it's to try and stop people getting to close and spreading this fatal disease. It's nothing to do with views, it's what's being asked of us.

It's a fatal disease to people with underlying health condition and the elderly or young...most people who contract the virus will just feel flu like symptoms for a few days ..plenty of water and parasetemol is being told to take ..it's people with immune heart or breathing probs sho are at risk and being told to isolate

"Why can't you just say sorry not meeting til the crisis is over rather than hide your profile ?It's a lot friendlier and doesn't make people suspicious?"

Why is it important to you. We've been on here 10 plus years and have many friends and verifications. My friends on here know my situation, that's what's important to me. People are at liberty to run their profiles the way they want to, not how you think they should. Just pass by any hidden profiles, rather than wasting your time wondering why...

Yes I know that...It's potentially fatal to anyone who catches it..

Potentially but it's something like 0.000001 % chance of it being fatal to a healthy person

Wreckless and selfish behaviours like that will cause deaths.

That's understandable..but you shouldn't be visiting any vulnerable person in there home until all This is over if your walking about outside or have to go out to work really

That's incredibly close to zero which is not credible.

If people want informed advice they should source it from the various NHS platforms.

I saw loads of people outside socialising and pubs opened last night which will just cause more sickness, deaths and longer lock downs. Thanks nation for working together. And now i recieve more abusive messages for highlighting we meant to be social distancing

OP...do you realise that you can pass the Covid-19 virus to anyone, and they can pass it to anyone?

Do you realise that a person can carry the virus for 1 - 14 days (average 5 days) before they show symptoms?

,

The government are likely to bring in stricter guidelines if people continue to ignore advise, we could end up in total lockdown like some other countries...

OP, I suggest that you look at the NHS website for more information, as it sounds like you might need some education.

Alternatively, Public Health England or the World Health Organisation are both excellent sources of information

Yes I do. The health care workers don't have the resources, so if I look after my dad, they can go and look after someone who has no family.
