A game called off when every other games are being played. I just went to look at the scores and it was postponed.

Arsenal game is off because Olympiakos chairman was diagnosed with covid & considering he shook everyone's hand at the game there recently they called it off.

No one else matters.

Because some of the players have been in direct contact with someone now positive for Coronavirus.

That said, they appear to be way below the threshold for self-quaranting so I suspect there is more to it than the official statement
