The UK is far less age loaded due to immigration than Italy yes we have housing shortages but we should be in a better position to pay for social care and balance our economy.

The debate is complex with air and robotics driving the 5th industrial revolution and now the virus impacting older people far more.

It may have a very big impact on housing markets, inheritance, social care requirements and capital transfers in the long term.

A town near you perhaps

Can they lockdown the countryside? Certain jobs will still have to be done so can't see how they could.

I work in an essential role and even if they locked the whole country down I'd still have to work because my industry supports the medical industry and without us there would be no treatments happening, basically what I'm saying is be nice to me because I could be helping to save your life one day

precisely. Some jobs still have to be done regardless.

And before anybody asks, no I cant get you any hand sanitizer, we're on rations at work and the suppliers cant keep up with demand. I asked for some today and my boss told me to use it sparingly and to use customer's sanitizer wherever possible.

Its madness honestly.

Chaos created by media hype and large corporations feeling the need to comply or face being sued!

It's just another form of flu! If the media hadn't said anything and nobody knew anything....what would happen??? It's just because they've given it a coded name to make it "different" so the pharmaceutical giants can create a drug that doesn't work to sell to the masses!

Rant over.

Sounds like a plan. Always fancied being in a club lock in. Just sex to keep me entertained for days on end. Forget the rest of the world, heaven.

I'm waiting for the police to go into lockdown and then I'm off looting. I quite fancy an LG OLEG 65 inch TV, an Occulus Rift, the 16 inch MacBook Pro and a Banoffee pie.
