In my case possible heart attack or cardiac arrest as Viagra is a no no, a recently diagnosed heart condition has resulted in a plethora of medications some of which do not go well with Viagra and have been strongly advised not to chance it.

Prior to this I was using genuine Viagra on a private prescription or Teva bought over the counter. Avoid any brand coming from India.

I use Sildenafil Teva 100mg, on prescription from the doctor, I get 8 each 2 months.

I'm 63, my problem wasn't getting an erection, one kiss and I'm hard, it was keeping it. Started on the viagra, made such a difference, not only with maintaining my erection, but helping me get hard again after an ejaculation. Now find I only need half a tablet to play. I do find however that it does seem to delay my ejaculation.

Been using Viagra for years initially because I couldn’t get it up during meets.

This was caused more from being nervous rather than mechanical

Now I find it reassuring, erections are virtually 99% guaranteed.

I always use a pill cutter to separate the tablet into 4 and take one quarter an hour or so before the meet.

It’s a sort of insurance policy and certainly keeps the ladies happy.

Our local does these 100 x 10mg for £27 or 100x 20mg for £35, whereas 100 x100mg Viagra is £100. Cheap as chips

There's 4 types of erectile disfunction drugs to buy. I'll write the brand name and then the medicine name in brackets.

I've personally tried 2 of them, which are Viagra (Sildenafil) and Cialis (Tadalafil).

Viagra is easy to buy over the counter at pharmacies or you can get it on prescription if obtaining legally. Viagra is available in 3 dosage amounts (25mg, 50mg and 100mg) and is recommended you take half a pill per time. Viagra lasts roughly 4 hours once taken. As mentioned by other people Viagra causes side effects. High blood pressure, flushing, temperature rise, headache, dizziness and a saw throat are common ones. However, I have especially bad ones myself. It actally causes me to have a cold for week after taking it. So I refuse take it anymore.

Cialis is available on prescription only if obtaining legally. Cialis is available in 4 dosage amounts (2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg and 20mg) and you take one pill at a time. The drug lasts upto 36 hours once taken. Cialis has the same common side effects as Viagra and these are very mild. It also has none of the more serious ones. It's a far better drug to take in my opinion.

The other 2 drugs are Levitra (Vardenafil) and Spedra (Avanafil). Both available on prescription only if obtained legally.

It’s not, it different , it works different and gives completely different results.

I wouldn’t bother with doctors , it’s over priced and a faff, just order online either legit pharmacy (expensive / slow ) or body building site (cheap/ next day) . There are no fakes in the UK , it’s so widely available and cheap it’s not worth faking and the packets/boxes show everything you need - brand, type, size, format etc

It will keep you harder for longer with some guys it keeps them hard after cuming. It will storten recovery time after cuming but you do need to be sexually active/excited for it to work. You cannot just take it and think/hope it gives you a hard on.

I find it gives me a stronger hard on and quick recovery this is why I use it sometimes.

I am sure some others will explain more or better.

If your after some trustpilot is best place to look. It lists websites you can get pills from along with buyers reviews of the site and service received. Had no problems with site I found on there and prices are good.

Doctors will want to send you for blood tests and ask for other info but yes that's the safest way to get them.

If you go to your doctor, and explain your problem, he will prescribe what he feels will work best. Try them, and if they don't work, go back to him and get a different prescription, until you find what works.

Some times the viagra isn’t distributed evenly through the tablet, so half a tab could have no viagra in it while the other half could have it all, they recommend that you don’t split the tablet.

I get 100mg tabs and split them, several times I’ve had a half that’s done nothing.

At the moment I don’t need to take them but I love the raging erection that they give and the rapid recovery.

None of the erectile dysfunction drugs have any delaying of orgasm properties, they can keep you hard for a while after you’ve cum and get you back hard as soon as you’re aroused again afterwards but it doesn’t make you last longer before you cum.

Well cialis worked ok lasted for a good few days after taking it and no headaches or side effects, but compared to Kamagra it didn't give me the rock hard cock that Kamagra does.

So for me it's cialis if it's going to be a full weekend session but Kamagra for them one night one's when needed.
