To be totally honest, in my experience I’ve only ever been with two women who actually knew how to utilise their tongue piercings whilst performing Oral. I used to have mine pierced and I loved it. Was really fun giving oral with it and running it up and down a guy.

That being said. It isnt pleasant to get. And eating for the first few days is a challenge. Bad breath can be an issue due to food being trapped.
