For me it's not all the time

Takes being completely relaxed and comfortable and lots of friction, slight pressure on the gspot and pleasurable stimulation of course.

It's mistaken as being a proper orgasm, the fluid itself is additional lubrication which is why it has a slick silky lubey texture to it and the whole point is to carry on for the ultimate goal.

Someone trying to force it to happen it just doesn't happen. Also being dehydrated doesn't help and often will lead to instant migraine

Mine is only from fingering and hitting the right spot. Never had it from penetration.
