Just wondering if anyone has ever come out and told vanilla friends or family about their swinging?

What kind of reaction did you get?

Did you come across any hostility or people even showing signs of disgust or were they genuinely intrigued and interested?

I'm asking because as a couple we were talking and I starlord would say if my family or friends knew they'd probably just be like....yeah that figures .....but she wouldn't tell hers ....not that we're going to.

I was just curious to hear from people that have and their experiences

A couple of our very close friends now. They were cool about it, more intrigued than anything else.

A few close friends know and they were surprised but fine about it. One has started seeing people on fwb so that was a win!

My sister and closest friends know. Sis was fine, most of my friends were amused by it, but one thinks I’m some sort of pervert and we haven’t spoken much since I told her. Was a bit hurt at first, but decided that it’s my life and choices and don’t plan to hide who I am so I can fit into people’s boxes of what’s acceptable..

I told my family and close friends about 6 years ago, best thing I did they were very supportive and non judgemental. Now leaves me to enjoy myself without the fear of people finding out. But I completely get why others don't it took me nearly 13 years on the scene to pluck the courage up.

All our family friends, and several work colleagues know.

Some are very curious and often ask about various aspects of the lifestyle, others just don't ask, so we don't tell.

So far though we've not had any negative reactions, probably because we're so open and positive about it.

Some of my colleagues know, in fact a couple have been to a few sex parties themselves and kink events.

My sister and my female cousins know what I do, one of my female cousins joined the site after she broke up with someone, she's now engaged to her first and only meet on fab
