This might sound odd.

I may be wrong but I don't think it is something you can learn.

You are either dominant or not. You are either submissive or not. Some people can switch and be dominant or submissive.

Of course you can learn. Have a look at some dommy porn, go to fetish clubs and watch the play, listen to the types of things being said. You'll pick it up soon enough

There are BDSM classes and social meets. Locally to me there's rope jam, teaching rope play. Google is your friend and a well known fetish site

Theres another website that you can join dedicated to kink and bdsm, dont think I'm allowed to mention the name on here, they have organised "munches" etc maybe you could go along to one or two of those and learn from the people who live the life of fetish. Hope yo get the hint

Doesn't sound odd at all OP and some very good suggestions already made.

The other that a lot overlook is for both of you to sit down and really discuss what you'd both like to get from this - BDSM is such a broad spectrum from fairly mild "kink play" that's an add on to your "normal" sex life at one end, right through to full on 24/7 fairly extreme stuff and beyond so it's as important you understand each other as it is to learn things.

One thing you might find useful is searching out a BDSM Questionnaire one that goes beyond "are you submissive or dominant" but that lists various related activities that you rank 0-5 in terms of interest - both of you complete one of those independently and then compare notes - it's a great way to focus the mind and find shared interests and things to explore.

As usual I agree with Geminiman.

There is someone who holds mistress classes and advertises on FL. A friend went on it and she felt the cost did not match the output. But you can do your own research.

I think Midori the sex educator has some stuff on YouTube on dominance for women and probably on her website.

I think YouTube has videos with pointers on female dominance.

The following are a few books I have but have not got around to reading.

The Sexually Dominant Woman A workbook for nervous beginners by Janet W Hardy.

The Mistress Manual by Lorelei

I am currently reading Mistress Couple's The Ultimate Guide to Bondage: creating intimacy through restraint, if bondage is in your sights. London also has a female lead rope lesson once a month.

Also at most peer rope workshops there are women learning to tie men, and tying men.

As someone said above in the thread going to munches may be a start or even try a fem dom night at a club. London has at least two fem dom nights to my knowledge.

Hi this is princess. Thank you for all the good info your all giving I will defo look into it. Like king said this is something for us and not something we want to take outside of our fab sex life. I know it seem odd but our sex life together is so different from what we have with other couples/people. But with king I like to take control and would love to learn so much more
