Fun, was with a friend of ours so wasn't as awkward as it mite have been otherwise, we pre arranged it but went out round town first then all jumped into bed.

Our first threesomes (both MMF and FFM) where great. To be fair though the threesomes came after meeting couples, parties etc so it wasn't like it was our first time swinging.

I was a nervous on the FFM due to the fact we'd not played on the scene in quite a while (took a couple of years out) but it went great. Hope to get another one arranged at some point soon.

Mine was good, and perfect in that it was all of our first time, so we were all on the same level of experience. The one thing I’d say was that during the bar crawl style drinks we had beforehand, the male half didn’t talk to either of us women.

He sat most of the time, looking away, or looking at us but not ‘checked in’ at all. Very odd. It made me feel completely detached from him when we finally had sex, despite having chatted away to both of them in a group chat.

Ours was with a friend who introduced us to Fab...we were friends before...had a social then the following week our 1st 3some & have met a number of times since...we were the pupils but now he says we are the teachers...

Find ffm a bit over rated and problematic much prefer to try a mmf but haven’t yet !

When one doesn’t want you to penetrate the other

When you’re emotionally attached to one

Consciously trying not to spoil the wrong one

Wanting to really be yourself with one , words, intimacy etc but you can’t

Probably best with a couple of girls who are extremely bi and more into each other, leave them to it and put the TV on

We have had a few MMF and MMMF meets and a couple have been complete disasters but the rest have been good fun.

We can understand anyone being nervous first time but if there is even the smallest doubt DONT DO IT!

Commit and enjoy or avoid.

Our first time was an ffm and both of us were excited and anxious at the same time, it was Jo’s proper first time with another woman and it was the first time we had seen each other enjoying someone else. We spoke and we spoke and we spoke! When the time came it went better than we had even dreamed.

First time was with a married couple, first meet was just a social at mine where we had a good chat and a couple of drinks, they came round the following week where the fun began. The most awkward part was when to start the fun, we all knew it was about to happen but who would make the first move. The ice was broken when the husband said to take his wife to the bedroom for 10 mins to ‘get to know each other’ and he would then join us. It worked perfectly.

It was quite an experience....I met a MF couple in a gay cruising area....the woman dropped her underwear and it was blindingly clear they were filthy....

Let's just say, the only thing I used on her were my fingers...it hasn't traumatised me from experimenting with other women after that though

Our first time was at a club with someone we had been talking to for a couple of weeks. Our original rule was if we swing it was to be with couples so we both played equally but we hadn't had any luck. Then Rhiannon was a bit frisky one Saturday night in the club and I asked her if she fancied a threesome . The smile said it all.
